Shaping the Future of Marine Metal Fabrication - From the UK to Worldwide
Founded in 2022 and based in the heart of the Solent on Hayling Island, Yacht Solar Arches brings a new level of precision, innovation, and passion to the world of bespoke yacht solar arches and marine tubular frame systems.
Our journey began when two countrymen first met in Southampton back in 2012, each already equipped with valuable expertise from their separate engineering careers. Prior to that meeting, Stas had been fabricating stainless steel tubular constructions and other premium marine metalwork - including solar arches - since 2010, honing skills in precision marine fabrication.
Slava, meanwhile, launched his journey in 2008 at the Total Solutions Group, Birmingham, where he gained hands-on experience in fabrication of bespoke trussing, advanced stage structures, and high-spec aluminium fabrication projects for the entertainment and events sector.
Fast-forward to 2017, Stas and Slava combined Stas’s excellent marine stainless steel expertise with Slava’s bespoke aluminium fabrication know-how, laying the foundation for a dynamic, forward-thinking approach to marine fabrication.
Stas and Slava, recognized a need for higher quality, more versatile solutions for yacht and boat owners- solutions that could stand up to the rigors of marine life while elevating aesthetics and onboard comfort. In 2017, they established Latbros Marine, where their focus instantly shifted to developing top-tier solar, stern, navigation, and boom arches from marine-grade aluminium and stainless steel.
From the start, Latbros channelled every resource into refining its processes: investing in advanced jigs, new tooling, and, above all, an unrelenting pursuit of quality and innovation. Over the years, our team mastered every detail of the yacht solar arch - optimizing for strength, tolerance, comfort, and sleek aesthetics. We knew the marine industry is demanding and so we embraced automation and rigorous precision at every turn.
By 2022, we could see that we really raised the bar for solar arch fabrication in the UK and EU - we realised that we are mfabricating more then just Solar Arch for Sialing boats, we create a complete marine system, helping vessel owners declutter their decks, organize vital navigation and other electrical equipment, and enhance both functionality and style. To support this vision, Yacht Solar Arches was born - a business dedicated exclusively to advancing yacht solar arches, yachting stainless teel tubular frames, and marine tubular systems for all vessel types.
